Local SEO in Corpus Christi, Texas

Local SEO is how a business shows up on the map near the people who call. For a Corpus Christi business, that means people in Bayfront, North Beach and across Nueces County. It starts with your Google Business Profile, the listing that shows on Maps, and a call with Offer.

How people search here

Ask a local where they live and you'll hear the Island, the Bluff, the Southside or the Westside, and each is a real drive from the next. Padre Island Drive and the causeway decide how far a truck can sensibly go, and salt from the bay gets into everything near the water, from garage door hardware to outdoor condensers. For a map listing, being honest about the areas you cover matters more than a long list. Tie your Google Business Profile and your local SEO pages to the parts of town you reach most.

Google ranks map results on relevance, distance and popularity (its explanation). For a business that travels to customers in Corpus Christi, it asks for service areas, not an address:

If you don't serve customers at your business address, remove your address from your Business Profile.

Trades we work with here

How it starts

  1. Step 1: A call with Offer

Your first call is with Offer Ben Saadon, the founder. You talk about your business, your area and what you want more of. No pitch deck.

  2. Step 2: A look at where you stand

We check your Google Business Profile, your website and the searches your customers already use, and show you what we find.

  3. Step 3: A plan in plain words

You get a short list of what we'd do first and why, so you can decide with the full picture before anything starts.

Questions owners ask

Do I need a separate profile for Flour Bluff or Padre Island?

Not unless you have a real location there with its own address. Google allows a business that travels to customers one profile for the whole area it serves, so add Flour Bluff, Padre Island and nearby towns to your service area instead. Google's service-area rules spell this out, including when a second profile is allowed.

Do I need an office in Corpus Christi to show up on Maps there?

No. A business that goes to its customers can remove its address from its profile and list the areas it serves, such as Calallen or Southside, instead. What Google doesn't accept is a P.O. box or a mailbox standing in for an office, as its rules for business profiles say.

How do we start if my business is in Corpus Christi?

With a call with Offer Ben Saadon, the founder. Tell him about your business, whether you cover all of Nueces County or a few places like Westside, and the work you want more of. He'll tell you honestly what he'd do first, whether or not we work together.

Talk to Offer about Corpus Christi.

Tell him what's working and what isn't. You'll leave with a clearer picture either way.
