Four follow-up messages that Optymize every quote you send
Type the job once and the page writes the day 1, 3, 7 and 14 messages, with your name and number in. You send them from
your own phone. Nothing here sends anything for you.

We keep nothing
Your answers stay on your phone. We make free tools like this to be helpful. That is our marketing. When you want more, we are the ones to call.
The quote that went quiet
Eight quick answers. The messages below fill in as you type.
Your 4 messages
Each one goes out on its own day. The highlighted parts are what you typed; a part still in [brackets] is waiting for an answer above.
Day 1 ยท Text
Day 1: the thank-you text
Sent the morning after. It puts your name and number in their phone while the visit is fresh.
Parts in brackets are for your details.
Hi [customer], [owner] here from [business]. Thanks for your time today. Your estimate for the [job] is [price]. It covers everything we talked about. If any part of it is unclear, text or call me at [phone].
Fill the highlighted [brackets] after you paste.
Day 3 ยท Text
Day 3: the "any questions" text
Most people who go quiet have a question they never asked. This gives them an easy way to ask it.
Parts in brackets are for your details.
Hi [customer], [owner] from [business]. Checking in on the [job] estimate from the other day. Any questions on the price or the work? I would rather answer them now than have you guess. Text or call me at [phone].
Fill the highlighted [brackets] after you paste.
Day 7 ยท Email
Day 7: the "still want it on the calendar" email
A week in, the decision is usually made. This email makes a yes easy and a no painless, so you stop guessing.
Subject:Your [job] estimate from [business]
Parts in brackets are for your details.
Hi [customer],
Last week I sent you the estimate of [price] for the [job]. I wanted to check whether you still want it on the calendar.
If yes, reply with a day that works for you and I will set it up. If you went another way, no hard feelings. A one line reply saves us both a call. If the price is the sticking point, tell me and I will look at what can change in the scope.

Fill the highlighted [brackets] after you paste.
Day 14 ยท Text
Day 14: the close-the-file message
Two weeks out, you close it on your terms. It frees your schedule and leaves the door open for the ones who come back.
Parts in brackets are for your details.
Hi [customer], [owner] from [business]. I am closing out the [job] estimate from two weeks ago so my schedule stays honest. If you still want the work, text me at [phone] and I will pull it back up. If not, thanks for considering us.
Fill the highlighted [brackets] after you paste.
The card is one page: the four messages with their send days, for the truck or the office wall.
Want this pack on your phone?
We text or email you the four messages, so they are there the next time a quote goes quiet. Your messages above work either way.
How to run the pack
1Send the day 1 text the morning after you quote, before the next job.
2Put the day 3, 7 and 14 dates in your phone’s reminders. The card above shows them.
3The moment they answer, stop the sequence. A yes goes on the calendar, a no gets a thank-you.
4After day 14, close the file. The ones who come back later will text you first.
Four messages in two weeks is firm and polite. More than that starts to feel like pressure, and the messages never pressure.
Why these four, in this order
Day 1 and day 3 are texts
Short, and sent from the number they already have. They answer a text in the truck line at the supply house. They do not open email there.
Day 7 is an email
A week in, the decision is usually made. An email gives them room to say no without feeling rude, and gives you a paper trail if they say yes.
Day 14 closes it
You decide when a quote is dead, not them. Closing the file on your terms keeps your schedule honest and leaves the door open.
The messages never promise a response time, hold a price or offer a discount. Those are your calls, made one customer at a time.
Questions owners ask
Does the page send the texts for me?
No. You copy each message and send it from your own phone or email, so it comes from you, not from a tool. The send dates are there so you know which day is which.
Where does what I type go?
It stays in your browser on this device, so your answers are still here next time. Nothing is sent to Optymizer unless you ask us to text or email you the pack.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. Paste it and edit before you send. The brackets show you what the page could not fill. Many owners cut a sentence or add the customerโs street. It should sound like you.
What if they already told me no?
Stop. The pack is for quotes that went quiet, not for people who answered. If they said "not now", send only the day 14 message so they know the door stays open.
Should I drop the price in the follow-up?
The messages never offer a discount. Day 7 asks whether price is the sticking point and offers to look at the scope. Cutting the number teaches customers that your first price was padded.
