Focused on trust signals before traffic growth. Reviews, security badges, guarantees, transparency pages. High-ticket buyers ($12K+ average order) need trust before purchase.

Result: Conversion rate nearly tripled (1.2% → 3.4%) before we significantly increased traffic. Conversion optimization drove 62% of total revenue growth.
