I’m Bennett, and I break things for a living - on purpose, before your customers do it by accident. I’m the person who tests your website on Internet Explorer 11 at 3am because someone, somewhere, is still using it. I’ve caught bugs across 58 markets with a 97% catch rate before launch, and I take pride in being the last line of defense between ‘it works on my machine’ and ‘it works everywhere.’ Accessibility isn’t optional - if someone can’t use your site, you’ve already lost them. WCAG 2.1 AA compliance isn’t just letters to me, it’s making the internet work for everyone.
