Facebook, Instagram and your profile
Social media for service businesses
Social media is where neighbors see your work between jobs. We post real photos, answer comments and keep every page consistent.

Who social media is for
Before they call, some people look you up on Facebook or Instagram to see recent work. A page with no posts since spring looks closed. Google even pulls posts in: featured posts on your Google Business Profile, your listing on Maps, can come from your social channels. Clips come from video production, guides from content marketing.
A good fit if you
- Have pages that have gone quiet
- Take photos of jobs but never post them
- Want comments and messages answered
What we take care of
-
Posts from your real jobs
Before and after photos, short clips and crew moments from your own jobs, on a schedule you approve.
-
One or two platforms
We pick the places your customers use, instead of spreading thin everywhere.
-
Comments answered
Comments get a reply in your own voice, and new leads go straight to you.
-
Profiles that match
The same name, phone, hours and area on every page and on your Google profile.
-
Paid posts when it fits
A small boost for a season or an offer, only when there is a clear reason.
What we check first
We read your pages the way a customer would: when you last posted, whether the phone and hours match your Google Business Profile and how comments were answered. Google's help on posts explains how updates and offers show on Maps, and YouTube's Shorts help covers short vertical clips.
These featured posts are from your social media channels, like Facebook and Instagram, or from posts you've created on your Business Profile.

Tell Offer, the founder, which pages you have and who you want to reach.
-
Step 2: Read your pages
We review your pages, your Google profile and what customers have said about you.
-
Step 3: Post and answer
We post on a set schedule, answer comments and report what got a response.

Social media questions
Which platforms do you use?
Usually Facebook and Instagram for home-service trades, sometimes YouTube or Nextdoor. We pick one or two where your customers are, not all of them.
Do you need photos from us?
Yes, and phone photos are fine. Real jobs beat stock images. We sort, crop and caption them, and Google lets you add the best photos and videos to your Business Profile too.
Will posts bring calls?
It helps people trust you when they look you up. We cannot promise a number, so we also share your best posts on your Google Business Profile, where people go to call.
Do you run paid ads?
Sometimes. A small paid boost on Facebook or Instagram for an offer or a season can make sense. We tell you when it does not.
Can we approve posts first?
Yes. You see the schedule ahead of time and can change or cut any post before it goes out.
Talk to Offer before you decide anything.
You'll talk with Offer, not a sales rep. A short call, no pitch deck.
Pick a time on the contact page, or call. Offer will ask about your business, then tell you honestly what he'd do first.
