Becky is originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. After participating on Birthright, Becky decided to spend a year doing volunteer work in Israel on a program called Otzma. During this year she decided to make Israel her permanent home, and she made Aliyah in December, 2009. She now lives with her husband in Beer-Sheva and is thrilled to be the newest member of the Optymizer team.
In 2007 Becky graduated from Towson University with a BA in Mass Communications, and a concentration in Public Relations. She went on to work at the Foundation Fighting Blindness in Columbia, Maryland in the Events and Development Department. After moving to Israel, Becky worked as a Visits Coordinator in the in the Department of Public Affairs at Ben-Gurion University. Deciding to take advantage of all of the incredible development in the Negev, Becky joined the Optymizer team working in both the Content Department, and with the pay-per-click Advertising Campaigns Team. Balancing multiple roles has lead to her ability to coordinate Optymization strategies between departments, and she became known as “The Ambassador.”
It was not Becky’s intention to settle in the Negev, but after she completed her Ulpan at Kibbutz Revivim, she knew this was the place for her. When she is not on diplomatic business at Optymizer, Becky delights in dividing her time between dancing and hiking, as well as enjoying a great meal while watching her favorite tv shows like Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley and Daredevil.
